1. This Privacy Policy defines how personal data of Users is collected, processed, and stored, which is necessary for providing electronic services via the website gts7-software.com (hereinafter: the Website).

• when the basis for processing is consent – until the consent is withdrawn, and after withdrawal until the expiration of claims.

In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims regarding periodic benefits and business activities – 3 years (unless a specific regulation states otherwise).

VI. Sharing of Personal Data

1. Personal data may be shared with: entities affiliated with the Controller, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Controller such as e-payment service providers, courier/postal companies, legal offices.
2. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

1. Users have the right to:

   • rectify their data,
   • delete their data,
   • restrict data processing,
   • transfer their data,
   • object to data processing,
   • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

3. The Controller will fulfill or deny a request promptly, within a maximum of one month of receipt.
4. Users have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that their rights and freedoms under the GDPR have been violated.
